The Software Communications System 500 or SCS500 provides a full suite of intuitive and easy to use applications that have been designed for Small and Medium Businesses with 30-500 + users. This SIP based solution leverages the simplicity of open source code- all delivered on an industry standard IT platform call server for access to next generation standards and new features.
Employee productivity is enhance with collaborative applications such as video and voice conferencing, unified messaging, call forwarding, auto attendant and ACD. A powerful plug-inplay web- based configuration and management system address the critical business challenges of a mobile and dispersed workforce. System is compatable with the LG-Nortel IP Phone 6800 Series, 1120E, 1140E and 1535 IP Conference phone only.
